Many respondents to our "neighborhood needs" survey stated that we need more trash cans. 

What we need is exact locations and photos of where we want new trash cans.  The photos should have a person standing where the trash can should go & have identifiers in the photo (a street sign, a mailbox, a crosswalk, etc).
